Iro graduated with Honours from the University of Cyprus in 2016 and joined Stelios Stylianides & Co LLC in the same year. She has also completed an LLM in Employment Law from the University of Leicester, graduating with Distinction.

Iro was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2017, having achieved the 8th place in the professional qualification examinations of February 2017.

She speaks Greek and English.
