Loucas graduated from the University of Essex with Upper Second Class Honours in 2020 and then completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with LLM in Professional Legal Practice, at the University of Law in Leeds in 2021.

Loucas joined Stelios Stylianides & Co L.L.C. as a Trainee Advocate in 2021 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2023.

He speaks Greek and English.
