Theofanis graduated from the University of Kent with Upper Second Class Honours in 2017 and then completed an LLM in Medical Law at the Queen Mary University of London, graduating with Merit in 2018.

Theofanis was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2019. He joined Stelios Stylianides & Co L.L.C. in 2021.

He speaks Greek and English.
